You have to have sufficient wallet balance to place a valid bid on the NFT of your choice (provided it is listed for bidding). Once you click on the NFT, you will have an option to place your bid on the particular NFT.
It is to be noted that the new bid that you placed should be at least $5 higher than the earlier bid.
